**** StarCraft
StarCraft is a game of ground combat using forces of infantry, artillery, vehicles, and aircraft. You can play as any one of 3 possible nations, each with their own unique set of strengths and weaknesses. Each nation has a wide variety of forces available from which to build an army. Although the game is only 2 dimensional, the graphics are superb. The only fault with the game is the fact that you have to collect resources and construct buildings to assemble your army during each mission before being able to effectively engage combat. This reduces the game to a race for resources and construction. Nevertheless, the game is a great deal of fun, and the plot line is interesting.

The best aspect of StarCraft is the mission generator, which allows you to design your own maps and program your own mission scenarios. A great number of triggers and actions have been built into the mission generator, thus providing a virtually limitless number of possibilities.
